    Unlike conventional medicine, which often concentrates more on symptomatic treatment, usually with pharmaceuticals, integrative and functional medicine look at the patient's comprehensive history, lifestyle, and unique biochemical factors to develop personalized treatment plans. This can include nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplements, and recommendations for alternative modalities, alongside traditional medical therapies.

  • Yes, membership ensures you have access to all our services, including testing, appointments and discounted supplements.

  • No, tests are priced separately. Membership grants you access to order tests and schedule the required follow-up review.

  • Yes! Members can purchase supplements at a 10% discount through our online store and receive an additional 5% discount for supplements on auto-renewal.

  • Quest Health Center operates as a cash-based practice in order to provide personalized, in-depth care without the restrictions of insurance networks. We are considered out-of-network and do not bill insurance directly.

    However, we will provide you with a detailed superbill (summary of services) that you may submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement will depend on your individual plan, deductible, and out-of-network benefits.

    In addition, we offer significant discounts on lab work, which can be especially valuable for patients with high deductibles. Our goal is to make your investment in health care as transparent and worthwhile as possible.

  • Our services are designed to make the most of your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). While our membership fee is not covered, the testing, appointments and supplements MAY be reimbursable through your FSA/HSA plan.

  • Currently, our services are tailored for individuals 18 years and older. We specialize in catering to adult health needs and optimizing wellness for this age group.

  • Aligning with natural health principles, we prioritize non-pharmaceutical interventions. While we typically do not prescribe traditional medications, there may be times when we suggest discussing the potential use of a pharmaceutical with your primary care provider. Our focus remains on natural approaches, and we emphasize these as the first course of action.

  • We are not a replacement for a Primary Care Physician (PCP). We encourage all our patients to maintain a relationship with a PCP for acute care, physical examinations, prescriptions and specialist referrals.

    Our role is to supplement your existing healthcare by focusing on the foundational pillars of health, enhancing your overall health trajectory.

  • Our practice is exclusively telehealth-based, offering you the convenience and flexibility of remote consultations and care.
